• Why do I keep getting the login page?

• Try doing this:

  • Log out of the app.
  
  
  • Using an app like Advanced Task Killer kill the KrackSocial Mobile app.
  
  
  • Go to your phones Settings > Applications > Manage applications > KrackSocial Mobile app and press the Clear Cache button. This may vary depending on your phone.
  
  
  • Launch the app and login. You should now be able to get into chat.
  
  
  

  Computer Members

  
  
  • Log out of the site.
  
  
  • Remove all KrackSocial cookies. The process varies depending on your browser.
  
  
  • Restart your browser and login. You should now be able to get into chat.
