  Embed codes look like this (but without the space):

  Embed codes are used to embed the content into other pages, such as messages, chat, forum posts, polls, profiles, etc. You can use an embed code almost anywhere on the site simply by typing it into the place you want it posted.
  
  Depending on which embed code you use you'll get different results. If you use an embed code from a blog, you'll get a snippet of the blog and a link to it. If you use an embed code from a picture, you'll get that picture.
  
  Note: Only pictures in albums with "Everyone" permission will have an embed code.
